The 6th decadal report by the US Fish and Wildlife Service on the status and trends of wetlands in the US is out, and from 2009-2019 we lost 221,000 acres of wetlands. This is a 50% increase in loss compared to the previous decade. So, our efforts to conserve and restore wetlands need to be redoubled. Story Map:
